"Loose nuts"

Very hard item to pour, no flat surfaces, was done with pain ...!

The spark plug holder

Here's the big twin spark plug frame holder, poured this morning, not too bad...!
Need some finishing to be operational...!

Hahaha, something told me, pouah...., don't worry ! You can split the spark PH after pouring but NO!
I splitted the wood pattern, and it will be easier...
So, here's the splitted pattern picts...

Today's pour, nicely done, need machining now...
2 holes and threads for the tube hanging,
And 2 big holes and threads for the spark plugs

A new buckle belt support with an harley point cover...

Fail castings

A finned ford type C 4 banger valves cover from 1933, failed, not enough materials, wear in flasks
The old lion
No tail and the arrows not filled, due to not enough vents....

I tried a handle bike set with a core, failed
Due to a bad wood pattern conception not enough room for the core place..

Shell casting test

It was very difficult to find the right materials, but now the picts...

Firewall Spark plugs holder

A very nice pour and casting sucess

PEUGEOT 1910 firewall plate

A nice pour success...
Hard, to be a succesfull casting because it's very thin, need a lot of vents, i used the scratch line method, and a matching plate.
